This has been the best customer service I have experienced in a long while! Definitely exceeded my expectations for the following reasons:
1) Requirement gathering - Vlad was so prompt with responses. He was very patient with our constant changes as well as delayed answers, providing multiple different visuals every time we change our mind or don't like/agree the proposals. Thank you, Vlad for not giving up and coming up with the final solution!
2) Expectations setting was spot on - this includes the coordination for sending a person to take measures and for the people to assemble. Time expectations were set and they delivered earlier. My motto is 'under promise and over deliver' and this is what these guys did.
3) Quality and cleanness - I must say I have never had so clean people assembling/working. Everyone who came either had shoe covers or took shoes off. After all the work on assembly day, which included quite a lot of particles adjustments/cuts, the room was so clean, you would not think a wardrobe was just fitted in. The quality is awesome. The model Vlad suggested is exactly what I needed and the execution is perfect.
I definitely recommend this firm and it will be my go to if I need any personalized fitting.
Just as information, Bravo was one of 3 firms we called, one quit the project, because it was too complicated for them (it was a corner wardrobe, with not very favourable measures and space), the other were so slow in responding it would have taken ages to even get to a suggested model.

The guys who came to installed the cabinets were very skilful and professional, they also cleaned everything up at the end of their work. Vlad was superb and efficient during the designing phase. We had a number of amendments to work through and none of this was a hassle. Really pleased with the installation too. I will be rebooking bravo again later this year which says all it.

Bravo London is a great company to deal with. From day one, I have received exceptional service and professionalism.
Roman came to my place to take the initial measurements. He then sent a sketch proposal. There were a couple messages back and forth, in order to incorporate my suggestions, and in a couple of days, he designed the perfect wardrobe.
His colleague came over to laser the room, and in less than 4 weeks, the fitters installed the wardrobe; a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling, three section wardrobe with drawers, shoes compartments, trousers racks, and much more.
The results are outstanding! We have recuperated so much unused space, and the bedroom looks even more spacious as a result.
I would definitely work with them again. The team has done an amazing job from start to finish!!

I hired Bravo London to install a new wardrobe and kitchen units, but unfortunately, the quality has been disappointing. Within a year, the materials have started showing significant signs of wear, including peeling and general deterioration. For the price I paid, I expected far better durability and craftsmanship.
The initial installation seemed fine, but it quickly became clear that the materials used were not of high quality. This is frustrating, especially for something that should last for years. I reached out regarding these issues, but the response was underwhelming.
I regret choosing Bravo London for this project and would not recommend them to anyone looking for long-lasting furniture. Quality and customer service should be a priority, and sadly, I did not experience that here.

Very pleased with Bravo and special thanks to Roman who handled the project professionally from start to finish.
The team helped me build a custom-made wardrobe / home office with integrated lights. Roman understood immediately from a phone conversation what I was looking for, and from then it was a seamless process: (i) quick on-site room inspection by Roman, (ii) measurements of the room taken by Bravo team, (iii) two-day installation (timeline was exactly as initially planned), and (iv) post-installation fixing of minor cosmetic points. Always very responsive throughout the process to discuss details.
Can highly recommend Bravo if you look for a bespoke furniture solution with excellent service. I did not do a proper market check in terms of pricing but highly doubt that there is a better value-for-money provider.
All in all, highly recommend and will use them again if I have another project in the future!
